The Martyrdom of Saint Agatha (1755)

You meet Tiepolo, whose full name is Giovanni Battista (Giambattista) Tiepolo. The minute you walk into his house, you are assailed by a horde of children—he rolls his eyes and tells you that back in 1721 he married Cecilia, sister of the Venetian painter Francesco Guardi, and that he had nine children with her. Tiepolo is very busy trying to handle all of his kids so you tell him that you are looking for Chucky and that you will be happy to get out of his way as soon as he gives you the name of someone, anyone really, who might be able to help you.

Tiepolo immediately complies, “I am the contemporary of the French rococo artist Boucher (5). Go ask him. Quickly—before my kids get a good hold on you.”

You rush out of the house, thankful that you got away from those grabby little kids.
